Grey Wolf’s Keystone PIM (Product Information Management) solution integrates with Infor and Epicor ERP systems. Keystone also supports Amazon, Shopify, Magento and other eCommerce platforms.
All these links are due to the fact that Keystone is solution agnostic. Instead of just one specific link, Keystone supports many solutions and will grow those links over time.
The Backbone of Keystone PIM
Keystone is based on Pimcore. One of the best open source solution for product information management (PIM).
As Pimcore is open source and improves the base system over time, Keystone upgrades with those changes as well. Enhancements, improvements, and upgrades happen on a regular basis. Keystone stays on the latest supported version of Pimcore to take full advantage of those improvements.
Integration for Epicor, Infor, and eCommerce Platforms
Most product information management systems do not natively integrate with Magento, Amazon, ERP, or similar solutions. Keystone’s product management focuses on enabling these integrations. That is how Keystone excels as a PIM solution for Infor (SX/CSD/SyteLine/CSI) and Epicor (Prophet 21/Prophet 21 Cloud).
The integration by Keystone with SX/CSD/SyteLine/CSI and P21/P21 Cloud supports the management of products in the ERP. Integration with Magento supports the management of attributes, categories, and products for your eCommerce solution. These integrations allow your employees (buyers and product managers) to have a single source of truth for product information.
Grey Wolf is integrating with your Infor or Epicor ERP system through Grey Wolf Connector Lite (a prerequisite for Keystone ERP links).

AI hallucination is often blamed on the model, but the root cause is unclear content authority and weak Digital Asset Management (DAM). When metadata, ownership, versioning, and usage rules are not enforced, AI systems respond to ambiguity with confident but unreliable output.
In 2025, eCommerce growth depends on mastering product data. Businesses can no longer rely on fragmented spreadsheets and manual updates to manage product information across expanding channels.
As inflation reshapes consumer behavior, Product Information Management (PIM) has become critical to driving conversions. Shoppers now validate every detail before buying, and incomplete or inconsistent data is the leading cause of basket abandonment, returns, and lost trust.
