B2B buyers do their homework before making an online purchase. But once they do commit, B2B buyers are placing more frequent orders online, according to results from a new survey of 150 buyers from Digital Commerce 360 and Forrester Research.
- They want a better online user experience from sellers that makes their jobs easier. And so far, just over a third said they’d grade their user experience an A.
- Over half of B2B buyers purchase at least daily
- The majority of B2B buyers come prepared with 55% having done at least significant pre-purchase research by the time they visit a seller
