Keystone® PIM

See how Keystone PIM integrates with your ERP system.

A Solution Agnostic Approach to PIM

Grey Wolf’s Keystone® PIM (Product Information Management) solution integrates with several ERP solutions like Prophet 21 (P21), P21 Cloud, SX and CSD (Epicor and Infor). In addition, Keystone also supports Amazon, Shopify, Magento and other eCommerce platforms.

All these links are due to the fact that Keystone is solution agnostic. Instead of just one specific link, Keystone supports many solutions and will grow those links over time.

The Backbone of Keystone PIM

Keystone is based on Pimcore – arguably the best open source solution for product information management (PIM).

As Pimcore is open source and improves over time in the base system, Keystone upgrades with those changes as well.  Enhancements, improvements and upgrades happen on a regular basis.  Keystone stays on the latest supported version of Pimcore to take full advantage of those improvements..

Integration for Epicor, Infor, and eCommerce Platforms

Most Product Information Management systems do not natively integrated with Magento, Amazon, ERP, etc. solutions. Keystone Product Management focuses on enabling those integrations.   That is how Keystone excels as a PIM solution for Infor (SX and CSD) or Epicor (Prophet 21 and Prophet 21 Cloud).

The integration by Keystone with Prophet 21, SX and CSD supports the management of products in the ERP. The integration by Keystone with Magento supports the management of attributes, categories and products for your eCommerce solution.  Those types of integrations allow your employees (Buyers and Product Managers) to have a single source of truth for product information.

Grey Wolf is integrating with your Infor or Epicor system through Grey Wolf Connector Lite (a prerequisite for Keystone ERP links).
